A help center your customers can actually find answers in.
SherDore Knowledge Base gives your team a Markdown editor, categories, search and a public help center for your product, with article history and team roles built in.
Features
Everything you need to publish answers.
Write, organise and publish. Your team keeps full control of what is public and what stays internal.
Write in Markdown
A plain Markdown editor with live preview, headings, code blocks, tables and pictures. Raw HTML is stripped, so what you publish is safe.
Categories
Organise articles into ordered categories so readers can browse as well as search.
Search
Readers search titles and article text from the help center home page.
Article history
Every save keeps a revision, so you can compare older versions and restore one.
Internal articles
Mark an article or category as internal and only your signed-in team can see it.
Team and roles
Invite teammates as admins or read-only members, all working in one shared help center.
How it works
From first article to a public help center.
- 1
Set up your help center
Pick a title and an address for your team's help center.
- 2
Write articles
Add categories, write in Markdown, and keep drafts private until they are ready.
- 3
Publish
Published articles appear on your public help center, searchable by your readers.
